WELCOME TO MANGAETUROA, RUAPEHU - OUR HOME
Our epic trail and OCR event venue is 4km along the Mangaeturoa South Road, around 10kms from Raetihi, in a paddock on the left-hand side. Access to the event hub is through the gate opposite the parking. It will be clearly sign posted.
The Hub features our start and finish line for all Blazing Hills Trail Races and Obstacle Course Racing (OCR).
Spectating will be at a premium, with not only the fun of trail running, but the showcase of obstacle racing too! Enjoy from the sidelines as OCR athletes take on new challenges!
Why not try your own hand at our outdoor games and challenges within the Hub as well! There will be plenty to keep your whole tribe having fun, a waterslide (part of the OCR lineup available to play on after racing is done) including amazing food and drink options, and an outdoor bar for those 18+.

Registration and Race Pack Collection
Registration is on Friday 13th March from 3pm - 7pm at The Centre, 14 Seddon St, Raetihi, Ruapehu.
Bring a copy of the QR code you received when you registered on your phone or printed out to speed up the process.
The team will give you your race bib, goodie bag and answer any last-minute questions.
Aid Stations
All aid stations will have water, lollies, and TAILWIND Endurance Fuel.
Additionally basic first aid support will be available
