Entertainment
We'll have giant games set up for kids of all ages. Spend time spectating along the obstacle courses, or just soak up the atmosphere with a picnic. Once the OCR race is complete, the waterslide obstacle will be open to anyone wanting to give it a go. Please remember towels and dry clothes for after the fun.
Our finish line will be a whole heap of fun, with live music from Simzy, 49 South (Steve and Pete) and a couple of special guests joining in.
Showers
Blazing Hills proudly boasts the only hot water finish line showers at any OCR event in New Zealand. This means you can give everything 100%, then rinse it off at the end. Please BYO towels and extra soap.
Spectators
Blazing Hills isn’t just for the participants. Our hub is set up to give you amazing finish line access. You can join in the excitement of cheering on runners and racers on the OCR, all centrally located at a single start/finish line.
Animals
Our event is set on a working farm so please no dogs (even on leashes).
