WELCOME TO MANGAETUROA, RUAPEHU - OUR HOME
The event venue is 4km along the Mangaeturoa South Road, around 10kms from Raetihi, in a paddock on the left-hand side. Access to the event is through the cattle yard gate a short distance up the road. It will be clearly sign posted.
Everyone will celebrate at the same start and finish line. (And we've got food, beverages, outdoor games and more to keep the whole tribe having fun)

All start and finish times will be recorded as competitors cross the timing mats.
Registration and Race Pack Collection
Registration is on Friday 8th March from 3pm - 8pm at The Centre, 14 Seddon St, Raetihi, Ruapehu.
Bring a copy of the QR code you received when you registered on your phone or printed out to speed up the process.
The team will give you your race bib, goodie bag and answer any last-minute questions.
Safety cut offs - 20.5km
Participants in the 20.5km walk and run event will be either turned around or redirected at the following points for the safety of participants and event team:
5.1km Aid Station – if not there before 9.30am (will be turned back)
12km Aid Station – if not there before 12 noon (will be redirected along the Mangaeturoa South Road to the finish line.)
Aid Stations
All aid stations will have water, lollies, and TAILWIND Endurance Fuel.
Additionally basic first aid support will be available
