Firestarter 3km OCR

The 3km is Firestarter is perfect way to dip your toes into OCR for the first time. With minimal running between obstacles, you can really focus your energy into the obstacles themselves. Featuring 25 obstacles covering a full variety of challenges. From heavy hauls, to monkey bars, muddy swamps, and balancing acts. 

Suitable for ages 10 and up, there is something to suit every level of competitor. From those wanting that first taste of OCR in a social space, through to the seasoned athlete pushing for the fastest time. Which category is right for you? For 10-17 year olds, there is a special 3km race just for you. For both casual open, and competitive young athletes, the Firestarter Youth is your chance to participate. With some course elements adjusted (like heavy carries and penalties), it will be a fast-paced, next-generation alternative to the adults' 3km. The youth race will be self seeded with those that are keen to compete for position seeding themselves towards the front, and those that are keen for more fun, seeding towards the back.
