Firestorm is where endurance, strength and grit come together. At 10km long, this course is designed for those ready to go further, work harder and stay focused when fatigue starts to bite.
The distance brings sustained effort, with steep hills that demand strong legs and smart pacing. With over 40 obstacles spread across the course, recovery is never far away and neither is the next challenge. You’ll need to manage your energy as much as your strength.
Expect a full spectrum of OCR obstacles, including heavy hauls, carries, monkey bars, hanging rigs, wall climbs, balance elements and muddy sections. Some obstacles reward power, others precision, and many ask for both when you’re already tired.
Firestorm is suitable for ages 14 and up and offers both Open and Competitive categories. Whether your goal is to complete every obstacle or to push for a fast, disciplined race, there’s a format to match your approach.
